At MadiLivLove, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping rates and policies below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Orders $70 & up – FREE SHIPPING (5-8 business days)
  • 0 lb – 1 lb – $8.00 (3-4 business days)
  • 2 lb – 5 lb – $12.00 (3-4 business days)
  • 5 lb – 70 lb – $19.00 (3-4 business days)

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  Apparel, (t-shirts, sweatshirts, anything with DTF design could be longer.  Please allow 7-12 business days for processing and shipping. These items require more time due to production and printing.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please use the contact link on the home page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out—we will do our best to make it right. That said, we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Jewelry Care Guide

Please note that our jewelry is not solid gold or sterling silver, but with proper care, it will maintain its beauty and shine.

Care Instructions:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils.

Sizing & Measurement Guide

How to Measure for Jewelry:

  • Rings – Use a piece of string, wrap it around your finger, mark where it meets, and measure it against a ruler.
  • Necklaces – Use a tape measure around your neck to determine your preferred length.
  • Bracelets – Measure your wrist with a flexible tape or string, adding about ½ inch for comfort.

Apparel Care (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, DTF Prints)

To keep your apparel looking its best, follow these care instructions:

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry for longevity.
  • Do not iron directly on DTF prints or designs.

T-Shirts & Apparel

Tumbler Care Instructions

  • Hand wash only – Not dishwasher safe.
  • Avoid soaking in water for extended periods.
  • Not microwave safe.
  • Do not scrub with abrasive materials; use a soft sponge instead.
  • Keep away from extreme heat to preserve the design.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available through our Shopify store. Payment is required at checkout to process your order.
