Returns & Refunds Policy

At Michelle’s Shoppe, each item is created and prepared with care. Because many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Handmade & Custom Items

All t-shirts, sweatshirts, cups, and handmade items are final sale unless there is an error on our part.

We will happily make it right if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There was a mistake in your order (size, design, or product)

In these cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Sizing & Customer Errors

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size chosen
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Live Auction & Marketplace Sales

This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through this website only.
Items purchased through live auctions or third-party platforms (such as Palmstreet or Whatnot) follow the policies of those platforms.
